Human rights lawyer Evans Ufeli has filed a N10bn lawsuit against JAMB and the Minister of Education over alleged rights abuses during the 2025 UTME.
Filed at the Federal High Court in Lagos, the suit seeks to nullify the exam, citing systemic failures that caused distress to mostly underage candidates and violated their constitutional and educational rights. Ufeli also demands a fresh exam and a perpetual injunction against using the disputed results.
