The Federal High Court will commence e-filing in its Lagos Division on June 23, 2025, using a hybrid system alongside manual filing. Chief Judge John Tsoho said the phased rollout aims to ensure a smooth transition and improve access to justice. Legal practitioners are urged to activate their Legal Mail accounts.
