A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a ₦500 million suit by FCT scavengers and beggars against Minister Nyesom Wike, ruling it lacked credible evidence. Justice James Omotosho said there’s no constitutional right to beg and upheld the removal of street dwellers under public safety laws.
