A Federal Capital Territory High Court has scheduled July 16 for the arraignment of Abuja lawyer Abu Arome and three Ghanaians over alleged forgery and attempted takeover of Nigerian firms using falsified documents.
The 26-count charge, filed by the Inspector General of Police, accuses the defendants of fraud, impersonation, and forging board resolutions to seize control of Houses for Africa Nigeria Ltd and Jonahcapital Nigeria Ltd.
