Dangote Urges Revocation of Inactive Refinery Licenses

Aliko Dangote has called on the NMDPRA to revoke refinery licenses that remain unused or impose annual penalties on holders. He urged the Authority to compel licensees to either build their refineries or forfeit their permits.
