Dr. Oluwatosin Adebayo, Provost of Harvarde College, says private institutions should benefit from TETFund for infrastructure rather than having their students access federal loans.
He argued most students in private schools aren't from poor backgrounds. He also praised the approval for polytechnics to run ND in Law as a boost for technical education.
