NSE: Poor Designs, Materials Cause Building Collapses

The Nigerian Society of Engineers has blamed structural failures on faulty designs and substandard materials. 

Speaking in Damaturu, NSE President Margaret Oguntala stressed the need for strict adherence to engineering standards, especially for major projects like flyovers. She also praised Yobe State’s infrastructure efforts while warning against poor planning and supervision.
