Rivers State Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (retd), has approved the appointment of 11 new permanent secretaries. A swearing-in date will be announced later, according to a government statement signed by Acting Head of Service, Dr. Inyingi Brown.
